Return Process:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date, provided items are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including the protective case.
• To initiate a return, email service@blingoptical.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain an authorization.
• Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable method, and we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days upon receipt, excluding original shipping costs.

• Issues with hinges or screws: Problems that arise from manufacturing defects in the hinge mechanism or screws.

What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover:

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear: This includes scratches on lenses due to everyday use, loose screws that can be tightened, or general aging of materials.
• Accidental damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, sitting on glasses, improper handling, or misuse (e.g., exposing glasses to excessive heat, chemicals, or solvents).
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations.
• Any damage that, at the sole discretion of our team, is determined to be excessive, unreasonable, or inconsistent with normal use.
