Free standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of CAD $100 or more to Canada, the United States, South Korea, Japan, and the following selected European countries:

Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Available shipping options and destination eligibility are confirmed at checkout.

Duties and tariffs

Applicable duties and tariffs are included. You will not be asked to pay additional customs duties or import fees at delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we’ll email it after your order ships.

Expedited shipping

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Delayed or stuck parcels

If a parcel is delayed or appears stuck, please contact hello@blingoptical.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.

A replacement is not issued while the carrier investigation remains open unless Bling Optical approves an exception.

Lost parcels

If the carrier confirms that your parcel is lost, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.
