- Accidental damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, sitting on glasses, improper handling, or misuse (e.g., exposing glasses to excessive heat, chemicals, or solvents).
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations.
- Any damage that, at the sole discretion of our team, is determined to be excessive, unreasonable, or inconsistent with normal use.
