What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear: This includes scratches on lenses due to everyday use, loose screws that can be tightened, or general aging of materials.
- Accidental damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, sitting on glasses, improper handling, or misuse (e.g., exposing glasses to excessive heat, chemicals, or solvents).
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations.
- Any damage that, at the sole discretion of our team, is determined to be excessive, unreasonable, or inconsistent with normal use.

The Embedded Crystal Process incoorporates each crystal inside the lens itself. During production, the crystals are set into the lens material so they become part of its structure, not an add-on. This creates a seamless finish with little to no risk of the pieces coming loose.
