Our Promise to You:

• At Bling Optical, we are committed to providing high-quality prescription eyewear that meets your needs and expectations. We stand behind the craftsmanship and materials of our glasses.
• All glasses purchased from us come with a 60-Day warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What Our Warranty Covers:

This warranty specifically covers defects such as:

• Frame defects: Issues with the integrity or finish of the frame (e.g., solder breaks, material flaws, peeling coatings).
• Lens defects: Manufacturing flaws in the lenses (e.g., coating defects, material imperfections, delamination).
• Issues with hinges or screws: Problems that arise from manufacturing defects in the hinge mechanism or screws.

What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover:

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear: This includes scratches on lenses due to everyday use, loose screws that can be tightened, or general aging of materials.
• Accidental damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts, sitting on glasses, improper handling, or misuse (e.g., exposing glasses to excessive heat, chemicals, or solvents).
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations.
• Any damage that, at the sole discretion of our team, is determined to be excessive, unreasonable, or inconsistent with normal use.
